We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By accessing our website you agree to the following terms and conditions("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Customer acknowledges and agrees that SEWN GOODS reserves he right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime for any reason.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCT DELIVERY
All content that is delivered electronically or otherwise through the website is not available for a refund. This includes but is not limited to digital files, PDF, XLS, XLSX files. For this reason we encourage the customer to carefully read product descriptions to clarify their order as well as contact us via email before making a purchase if questions arise. 

LICENSING
By purchasing content through the SEWN GOODS web shop you the customer are purchasing the non exclusive right (license) to use the products for an unspecified period of time in accordance with these Terms.  There is no expressed or implied transfer of ownership, authorship, copyright or title to the customer when a transaction occurs.  This license  is limited and intended for end users (brands, designers and individuals) for personal/direct use. Electronic materials are not intended for commercial or resale use and may not be distributed, resold, modified and resold, reverse engineered partially or in their entirety, or used in a educational environment without the expressed written consent of SEWN GOODS.  Product licenses are not transferable. SEWN GOODS can only resend purchased files and digital products to the original recipient /email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

WEBSITE / COPYRIGHT TERMS
Website and web shop content is owned in it's entirety by SEWN GOODS. Our content is protected under applicable U.S. international copyright law and treaty agreements. Misuse of this site and its content including but not limited to: creating derivative works based on our content, copying or reproducing our content , concepts, trademarks, trade dress, web site architecture, design, function, imagery, product description and or copy in part or in its entirety by means of reverse engineering, screen capturing, re-hosting on another website or by any other means making  SEWN GOODS web content public to allow access to non customers is strictly prohibited. Any customer or account holder suspected of violating these terms in our sole discretion may have their access to the web shop terminated permanently.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SEWN GOODS and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

The services and all products and services delivered to you through the website are (except as expressly stated by us) provided as is and as available for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. In no case shall SEWN GOODS our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

SEVERABILITY
These terms of use shall be governed entirely by the state of Washington (KING COUNTY). If any portion of this agreement is deemed illegal , invalid or unenforceable by the state of Washington the remaining provisions of the terms remain in full force to the extent permitted by law agreement intact.

ORIGIN OF GOVERNING LAW
Any legal Dispute arising out of a violation of these terms of service shall be resolved through the means of arbitration in Seattle Washington (KING COUNTY). Customer further agrees to be financially responsible for their own counsel fees arising out of such a dispute.
